Chain link fencing is a relatively affordable way to both improve the security and mark the boundary of any property. It doesn’t have the same highly defensive qualities that steel palisade fencing does, however with various fence heights available it can still provide a more than worthy defensive line against intruders. And the transparency of its design means that it continues to be a popular alternative.

Durability and Design

Chain link fencing is a great option because it’s very tough and low maintenance. It is typically comprised of interlocked steel coated wires, traditionally in a diamond pattern. These are arranged into sections separated by strong steel posts which are fixed securely into the ground. The steel is highly weather resistant and it comes pre-coated. You can even have vinyl coated chain link fencing that increases its lifespan while coming in a variety of colours, perfect if the fence is designed for a domestic property.
